Are there any old daggy or obscure sixties songs that you haven't heard for years and would like to hear again, perhaps they only lasted a few weeks and never got played on the radio again?

I used to like two Robbie Snowden songs,NO ONE REALLY LOVES A CLOWN, and SURROUNDED BY A RAY OF SUNSHINE. There must be loads of good songs that faded into oblivion.

Do you remember Screaming Lord Sutch? he made a couple of singles one I recall was Monster in Black Tights, but I cant remember the other one,e got quite a cult following and was actually a politician in England..not a very good one as I recall, hence the drift into music,I went to see him with Linda and Paul when we lived in Brisbane and he scared nthe crap out of me Confused

There's a few songs that fit the bill for me. "We'll Sing In The Sunshine" by Gale Garnett, "I Just Don't Like To Be Alone", Bryan Davies and "Don't It Make You Feel Good" by The Overlanders. On the rare occasion that I hear any one of these songs I'm instantly transported back to Scheyville Migrant Centre circa 1964.
