Hello to Everyone .
I have just joined this site after looking for any photos of East Hills Migrant Hostel .
My family and myself Parker family emigrated on the Ten Pound Pom and arrived here in 1957 and stayed until 1960 . I was two years old when we arrived my brothers Allan and Ray were older so i am looking for memories on this site and photos so glad I have found this forum . I shall tell my brothers as they remember a bit more than me.

Hi there. Thought you might be interested in a site called "destination Australia" which deals with the stories of the immigrants who poured into Australia in the 1950's and 60's. They have hundreds of photographs aswell as personal stories and is really interesting and informative.
