Hi everyone. My name's Jason and I'm writing a biography of Billy Thorpe. I'd like to hear from anyone who passed through Yungaba around the same time as the Thorpe family, in 1956. Do you remember Bill or his mum and dad? They later relocated to Fegen Drive, Moorooka where his parents own a shop. If you have memories of Billy you'd like to share, please get in contact. Good luck with your request, hope our forums members/ future members can help. Unfortunately I�m not able to help but hopefully someone may discover your request while searching the net.
I did a quick search on Billy Thorpe and found a Wikipedia biography on him. So for those who hadn�t heard of him or forgotten 'as I', then have a look. I Also discovered quite a few videos of him on youtube.
