I remember the Wheelers, but had totally forgotten them till you mentioned them.

Glad you caught up with Doreen. I'm still waiting for Nora to call me. Tell them it's time for them to get into the 21st Century, even if they need to go to an internet cafe to do so. They are missing out on so much, and it's much cheaper to chat with rellies in UK etc on MSN or Yahoo or even Skype.

Eileen can you send your email address to ****** as I am going to set Doreen up with an email address and teach her how to get into her email etc. She has access to internet where she lives they have a computer and free internet, going back next Monday and going to write everything down so she can go onto this site, will call into see her next Monday and set her up

Can I just say.... it�s not a good idea publishing your email address or anyone else�s on a public forum. Spammers will collect them and you could end up receiving allsorts of unwanted goodies. If ya know what I mean wink

If you need to pass-on email address etc then its probably better to use the pm system (private message).
If you can, always keep your email address hidden.

Just an heads-up, thats all.

I tried to press that pm down the bottom but it said not authorized on a screen that popped up because I was a bit aprehensive, I did use an email address I very rarely use and hardly ever open at all, I use another as my main one, but if you can let me know how to get past that bar that comes up stopping me from sending private message I would appreciate it

I will be up in Brisbane on Monday so will try and get to see Nora, I will take the laptop so she can have a look and see what is on here, I will call in on Doreen, she has access to internet in the Village she is in and is just a bit timid about using it, I will write it all down for her and get her set up with a yahoo email address etc and also facebook etc, then she can keep in touch with everyone.

Had to change my car appt as I had to look after my grandson Willi on Monday as they needed to get him out of the house while they took a lot of asbestos out of there house (they are renovating) Shelley my daughter in law had to take the two dogs to a different house with a huge backyard and stay with them for the day, but the guy who lives there is a batchelor and his house is not safe for a 17 month old so I had him here, I am going up today and she is going to be at Doreens, just looking on here before I leave to see what I can tell them, will take this computer with me and show them as neither are on the internet or have a computer

Caught up with them, a couple of photos on my facebook, have a look and see, didnt get around to teaching them computer as we yakked and yakked, but got them very interested as I showed them all the things you could do on it, got my music videos up for them and got into different sights for them, they were very impressed so I think they are rethinking the whole internet thing, hope so

That bar comes up and tells you ,you are not authourised becaused you are not signed in. so make sure you sign in first. Smile

I have had it come up with me and I just go up to sign in and then bob's your uncle Cool

Contacted several Westhead's on Facebook trying to find any related to "our" Westheads, and got banned from sending messages by the Facebook Ops as a result. lol The ban has been lifted now, and I have had replies from a few of them, but no luck so far.
