I think I may have found him. I did a search in friends reunited.

Hi Len and Yoko, David Povey here, at least a David Povey  Got your message via friend reunited. Now the bad news, I'm sorry but i'm not the David you are looking for. I was living in Australia in the 70's and have returned to England, and am now 48, but never went to uni or visited Cannberra, thought i would reply just to let you know, spooky coincidence though eh! Anyway happy hunting hope you find who you are looking for Yoko.

I wonder if Yoko is still looking for Dave Povey.
Of interest ,in the time frame she is speaking of ,the house manager at Balgowni/Fairymeadow was A. Povey. Perhaps Dave was one of his children.

Thanks for the email David. Although Yoko hasn�t registered with our forums as yet, I still have the original email address that she used to contact me. If we are lucky she may still be using that address but often people change email address. I will send her an email.
