Hello everyone,my first message was ( lI thinklost in transit) anyway here is a similiar message. I am Carolines wee bother, (well not that wee actually) Danny. As u all are aware us McKeemans resided in the hostel between 1963 and 1966 but, within that time moved to Wacol Hostel in Queensland. Then returned. Here are the surnames of families I remember from my time at altona hostel. Matthews, Barrow, Dodson, Wright,Cotterel,Westhead,Ward,Wheeler,Young, Frost,Visser, McLean,Breakspeare, Tibos,Soames,Gilpin,/ phew,thats about it.These plus the others I posted earlier hopefully, might help others to remember.
