Hi, Ive searched the National Archives of Australia for you. There are absolutely no records at all of Nyngana Hostel.
Perhaps the spelling is wrong, or it was known as another name. I have also searched the suburb you provide and there are only a few records, mostly births etc, but nothing to do with a Hostel. I dont know all of the Hostels though (Im assumng you mean Migrant Hostel)
There is a Ningana Hostel for dementure patients in Armidale NSW. Could this at one stage have been a Migrant hostel, even temporary?
