Hi Everyone I thought Satudays reunion was terrific, Frank Mc Manus and I went to a pub after the RSL to play pool and have a few beers and I ended up sleeping in the back seat of my car.Don't know what happened to Frank I hope he was O.K because I have no idea of what transport he was using.

I want to say a big thanks to Andy and Jack for organising the Butchery and Mega-Trailer BBQ. I kept cooking with Franks help as long as people kept coming so we made a good team.

Next time I would prefer to be Incharge of the type food on the BBQ as there are so many better things than simply snags and chops etc. this is once again no disparagment on the efforts of all I just want to make it better.
We did not seem to cater for vegetarians or people with diabetes so I would like to do a menu that isn't just all about meat what does everyone think?
P.S. Frank hope you are O.K. Great to see you

I'd be happy with crib bags with cheese and pickle sandwiches and marble cake so long as I was with friends. lol

Jim, you are more than welcome to take charge of the menu, as long as you keep it to a reasonable price as Carol said. As a person who is sort of "over" meat, it wouldn't worry me to have less. Smile

First of all Frank went off on his own to a Karaoke Bar and eventully caught the last train home.

Secondly if everyone is happy let me post some food ideas and tell me what you think- this will of course be costed out.
including logistics.
Must go time for dinner!
