I believe the Hostel had a netball team and they were called 'the Green Flashes'.
Anyone know anything about them?
The photo below is of the green flashes 1968-1969.
As yet, I don't know where the photo was taken, perhaps Berkeley?

I've had a word with my parents today and asked them about the above photo.
The photo is of the Green flashes, a netball team formed from the kids at the Hostel, my mother Mary was one of the team's coaches.
The only girl she can remember is the one holding her head in the middle of the photo. Her name is Marie Whitehouse. The blond haired girl on the back row, right hand side is apparently Scottish but can't remember her name.
Does anyone know who the rest of the team consists of?
