Hi there
My name is Elaine Evans (nee Watson). We arrived in Australia on the Castel Felice in February 1962. We were allocated residence at Brooklyn Hostel. My parents were Ray and Beryl Watson. I found this website while trying to find photographs of the hostel to show my children.
It is a really interesting site. Thank you for such a great archive resource.  |

I was on Heathcote Hostel in the mid 60's.....just thought I'd say hello to you and welcome to the forum!! It really brings back some memories doesn't it!! |

Some of the young girls here are work cannot believe where we lived when they see the photographs.
